Did you know food that you eat on airplanes has 4 times more spices/salt/sugar/etc. because we have less sense of taste the higher up we are. (I'm actually not too sure if it's 4 times but it's definitely more).

*Thinks hard...* Is it maybe because of the air pressure? >.<" I know for example that if you tried to boil water on like a mountain or where the air is thinner, it takes less heat to boil... I'm not sure though, I'm just taking a guess. That is pretty interesting though Anni ^.^

Anyway... I think that airplane food is ok depending on what class you fly in. Nowadays all they give you is some soda and some crackers T.T

Well, some of you guys may or may not know all ready, but my mother works as a stewardess on airplanes. Now, Continental and United Airlines just went through a merger, and from the rumors expect a lot less from the new powerhouse =/. It's not just the flyers who will be suffering too, the workers Union is getting beaten up too

Thanks for the concern, I'm sure that she'll keep her job (She's been working with them for 20+ years) the merger is going to be a killer though if it passes
